*The current ship special is: All Domestic Orders ship for a flat-rate of $8.99, no matter how large. International Customers receive a refund of $10.00 USD off their shipping that is charged at checkout. Please contact us at: alexa@isleofeden.com after you place your order, with your paypal address, to receive your $10.00 refund. Thank you!
We ship all domestic orders via USPS. The REGULAR size flat-rate boxes are
now $10.20, and the LARGE flat-rate boxes are $13.95. These are the new rates
from www.USPS.com that started January 18, 2009. If your order requires more postage, (example: you place a large order, and the entire order will not fit into
the REGULAR size flat-rate box, then we will let you know, so that you can pay
the additional shipping on a LARGER flat-rate box, or if need be, multiple
flat-rate boxes)
We do try to offer shipping specials now and then. Please check the front
of the website to see if there are any shipping specials, or check in our
newsletter, blog, or tweets, as well as the top of this area. We will try to post ship specials at the top of this area from now on, too! If there is a current ship special going on, when you get to
checkout, you will automatically see the reduced ship price in your checkout area. Please keep in mind that all shipping specials refer to the REGULAR size flat-rate boxes and if additonal postage is required for large orders, we will contact you for the additional postage due as outlined in the previous paragraph.
International Shipping (Yes, we ship all over the world!)
The flat-rate box price of $43.45 USD will apply at checkout ($25.95 USD for Canadian customers). This is for the regular size USPS.com boxes. (please visit www.usps.com) if you would like to see the side and dimensions of that particular box. If your order requires a large flat-rate box, that price is: $55.95 USD to Europe and $32.95 USD to Canada. If your order requires more than one flat-rate box, we will contact you prior to let you know that you will be required to pay the extra shipping.

Turn Around & Shipping Times
We always try our very best to send orders out in a timely manner, but please keep in mind that each Isle of Eden order is made to order based on the customer's specifications. Due to the custom nature of our product, our turnaround time may be slightly longer than what you are used to for "off the shelf" products, but we hope that the wait is worth it for our fresh, fun and unique products.

All Isle of Eden orders are non-refundable due to the fact that each order is custom made just for you.
